Return & Cancellation Policy

At Feline Skinscience, keeping our customers satisfied comes first. We work to keep your shopping experience smooth from start to finish, returns and cancellations included. The policy below lays everything out clearly.

60-Day Return Policy

You have a 60-day return window counted from the day your order arrives. To qualify for a return, these conditions have to be met:

  • The product has to be unopened and unused.
  • The item has to come back in its original packaging.
  • The return has to carry a Return Management Authorization (RMA) number, which our Customer Care team can give you.

Important: we cannot accept returns sent without an RMA number.

How to Initiate a Return

To get the return process going:

  1. Reach out to our Customer Care team at contact@felineskinsciencecare.com to ask for an RMA number and the return address.

  2. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

  3. Send the return to the address you were given.

Returns are handled within 10 business days of arrival. A confirmation email goes out as soon as yours has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products bought from unauthorized sources do not qualify for returns, refunds or exchanges.
  • If you bought Feline Skinscience products through an official partner, their own return policy applies.

Customer’s Right to Withdraw

Customers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.

To request a withdrawal, email contact@felineskinsciencecare.com with the details below:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for withdrawal

Conditions for withdrawal:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility when withdrawing from a purchase.
  • Products have to be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item shows up damaged, defective or simply wrong, write to us right away at contact@felineskinsciencecare.com. Describe the issue and attach photos. We will move fast to sort it out, either with a replacement or with another suitable solution.

Refunds

Refunds go out once your returned item has reached us and been inspected. After approval, the money returns to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: refunds are issued within 10 business days of return approval.
  • Shipping Costs: keep in mind that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations have to be requested within 24 hours of purchase, and returns are accepted inside the return window described above. A $7.95 restocking fee applies to cancellations and returns alike.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
  • To ask for a cancellation, email contact@felineskinsciencecare.com with your order details.
  • When the cancellation goes through, we issue a full refund following our return policy.
