Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery Times

These are the timeframes you can expect on average:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders received before 23:00 CET move into processing within 1-2 business days.
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Shipping Time: 7-14 business days.
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time:
    • United Kingdom: 8-16 business days.
    • Ireland: 8-16 business days.
  • Deliveries are made from Monday through Friday.

  • Shipping Methods: Your parcel travels with PostNL, DHL or FedEx, so it arrives quickly and reliably.
  • Shipping Costs: There are no hidden fees – whatever you see at checkout is what you pay.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: As soon as your parcel leaves us you receive a tracking number to follow the shipment in real time. Keep in mind that the Track & Trace status can take a while to refresh.
  • User-Friendly Status Check: Look up your order status on our website in a few simple steps.

Changes to Your Order

Need to adjust something? Write to us at contact@felineskinsciencecare.com as soon as you can. Once an order has shipped, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your parcel goes missing or is running late, contact us straight away at contact@felineskinsciencecare.com. Our team will help you right away.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Policy: Orders can be returned within 60 days of the day you receive them.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are covered by the customer.
  • Missing Items: Should anything be missing from your parcel, let us know right away at contact@felineskinsciencecare.com, and we will sort it out as fast as we can.

Cancellations

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address closely before you finalise the order. Féline Skinscience cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly. Spotted a mistake? Contact us immediately at contact@felineskinsciencecare.com. After dispatch, address changes may not be possible and could involve extra fees.
